Although next to Portinho, this beach has its own access from the coastal road and parking. When I first came to Arrabida I called it Hangliders Beach because in the winter, when the wind is right, they launch from the mountains behind.
There are two restaurants with the typical fish fare and after a long and lazy lunch we would take our coffee watching the hangliders and paragliders land in front of the ocean backdrop.
