It was a chance meeting at a garden party, within the crumbling walls of an old Quinta, which began a destiny two authors would share in bringing you the site that would unveil the secrets of Arrabida.

In fact it was not supposed to be a website at all. But, as often as not, and many animated meetings later, it changed form. A winter followed, of impassioned ideas that bounced against the walls of a tiny cottage in deepest darkest Azeitao, with the erratic energy of a squash ball.

Late night laptop tapping, thoughts agreed before spoken and sentences that didn t need finishing...

Two artists, from France and England, combined their skill sets in order to share with the discerning visitor, their passion for the wonderful region in which they have both made their home.

The only international website on the Arrabida region, was launched at the end of August 2007.
